Registration fee is per participant and includes participation in the meeting; meals during the meeting and two group dinners on the first and second day of the meeting.

Evening functions are an extension of the daytime meeting; purpose is to further discussion amongst the group and foster professional peer relationships.

AGENDA: In process of being developed by the IAMC Steering committee; will be distributed before the meeting start date.

DRESS CODE: Business Casual attire is required.

Hotel Reservations: A block of rooms has been reserved at The Westin Houston, Memorial City (945 Gessner Rd. Houston, TX 77024). The block of rooms is held under “NFTC IAMC”. Book now to take advantage of discounts and ensure availability.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations submitted to the NFTC September 5, 2018 will receive a 100% refund of registration fee. Due to pre-meeting guarantees for venue, catering and other logistics, cancellations submitted to the NFTC after September 5, 2018 will be subject to full registration fee; no refunds may be granted after this date.
